Cancellation Policy
The service(s) reserved are held just for you. In order to ensure our ability to provide the best possible service(s) to you, cancellations or modifications must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time(s). If the scheduled service(s) is(are) cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment(s), you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). If you fail to keep the scheduled appointment(s) NO-SHOW and do not provide notice, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s). This is to compensate your service provider for lost appointment space as it is difficult to fill late cancellations and NO-SHOWS.
